Housing Advising for Undergraduate Students (HAUS) acts as the liaison between students and apartment complex managers, property owners, leasing companies in Davis by sharing information from housing complexes through HAUS’ social media accounts, events, and peer advising.  HAUS works with the Community Housing Listing (CHL) to provide a service offered to UC Davis students and other Davis community members through creating a secure login through a UC Davis Kerberos and having community members create real profiles. CHL helps provide Aggies an informative Renters’ Guide, apartment listings and other useful tips and contact information to assist you in your role as a tenant.

Throughout the school year, HAUS provides students with information about various local apartment complexes, meets with students to discuss affordable housing options, and informs them of their rights as renters. HAUS also holds numerous fun events such as Housing Week and the Housing Fair to make the process of finding off-campus housing as easy as possible for students.
