ASUCD Housing Fair
The biannual ASUCD Housing Fair is next scheduled for Fall Quarter 2026 on the Quad. It is hosted by UC Davis ASUCD's own Housing Advising Undergraduate Students (HAUS) and run in partnership with CollegePads (https://www.rentcollegepads.com/).
The event is for students, by students, and is FREE! Come and one-stop-shop the best places to live in Davis for the coming year. All are welcome including undergraduates, graduate/professional students as well as members of the public.
At every Housing Fair, we host over 50 apartment complex managers and resource representatives. This staff helps answer your pressing questions as well as make sure you find a place that is aligned with your needs and wants. Housing Fair is filled not only with an array of information, but with swag and prizes! We hope to see you at our next Fair!
